One person does a 1 min AMRAP, then the next person does the same 1 min AMRAP

Well, that was a success…

The Paleo talk came and went and went well.  For all of you who were not around, I will be posting the link to the write up of what was addressed during the talk.  In other news, WordPress is about 55 percent full, so that gives us about  ten months before we have to be concerned.  In other, other news, there are forty five people signed up for the Opens.  The funny thing is that forty five is not over 200, which is were we ought to be.  The Opens are a great way to find a new fire for your workouts.  If you sign up, you will not regret it.
